Where would we go?
Although I’d traveled extensively, the world was so big.
Even though we had virtually no idea what we were doing, I never looked at this as some overwhelming or scary process.
Were there many decisions to make? Sure.
Did we have a lot to learn about the process? Certainly.
Were we going to thrust ourselves into a new environment, new culture, and possibly encounter a language barrier? Absolutely.
But when you crave a new kind of freedom, you make peace with stepping out of your comfort zone to make new decisions and take new actions.
